Text Box: Jim’s Notes Text Box: The Power Bolts team of Mark Estes, Tam Wasson, Lisa Wasson and Eric Traylor qualified 2nd, won their first match vs. the Omegas team of Gary Dickinson, Doug Barron, Heather Jones and Jack Zuniga, then defeated qualifying leaders and defending champions the Boom...with Roger West, Jim Ensminger, Tina Stickney and Xeno Garcia. The Dynasty team of Maury Newman, Joe Vito, Jessica Hirschmann and Shawn Maldonado got 4th and the Savages team of C.J. Johnson, Vic Benedict, Rachel Perez and Danny Text Box: Inocencio rounded out the top five. Thanks to Jamie Brooks and crew at Plano Super Bowl for hosting this great tournament again this year. The field was the strongest ever and the scoring conditions were good. Even teams who finished down the list had fun and were competitive to the end. 300s were bowled by Shannon Duplantis, Shannon O’Keefe, Catie Jensen, Mark Busscher, Maldonado, Shorty Johnson and TJ Johnson. There were numerous 800s as well. Text Box: Our next tournament is the Bob Summerville Memorial next weekend in Houston, TX at DelMar Lanes. The first weekend in December, we will be at Cityview in Ft. Worth, TX for the first ever “Age Bracket Tournament”. Qualifying and match play will be by age group...until the final game, where the four survivors will bowl one game for the title.
