Text Box: Ron Benz and Matt Cabanski ran away from the field to capture the Ebonite Senior Tour member-guest tournament at Don Carter City View in Fort Worth. This was Benz’s first win. Mark Estes and Pete Thomas were second, Chuck Pierce and Billy Oatman; third, David Rountree and Marc Laracuente; fourth, and Bobby Wilkinson and Donald Ray; fifth. Coming up in August is our annual Senior-Super Senior doubles tournament in Odessa. You do not have to get a partner!!!!!!!!!! Partners will be determined by order of finish in the qualifying. The lanes have just been resurfaced and they look great. There is $4000. added to the tournament and an extra $2000 added to a second chance tournament on Sunday. SASBA’S next event will be in Houston at Bill Lillard and Pete Treybig’s Copperfield Bowl. See ya there!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Text Box: Mike Thomas rolled a 114 game to win the dog of the week award, looks like he really is Claude’s son. Maury Newman left the lily. Jim King and Doug Patton picked up the seven-ten split. Three hundreds were rolled by Steve Hauk, Paul Fleming, Mike Holland, D J Archer, and Tony Lanning. Zap had three FAM’s in a row. T J and Tammy are still married.
